Refund policy

We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase from Brown's Shoe Fit Cape.

We will gladly look into refund or exchange requests on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Refunds or exchanges of Sale/Clearance items will not be accepted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

    All returns/exchanges MUST be submitted for approval. 

    *Requests MUST include a picture of the shoes themselves AND a picture of the soles of the shoes to ensure they are unworn.*

    All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging.  Shoes must be in new condition.  No worn shoes will be eligible for refund. Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box or padded envelope when returning.  Please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or an address label to a shoe box will result in a minimum 25% restocking fee.  Furthermore, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  

    Buyer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges incurred due to providing an incorrect mailing address. Buyer will be invoiced for charges after the purchase within 10 days of invoice date. 

    Return and Exchange requests received after 30 days are unable to be processed.

    Online Orders may be returned or exchanged at our retail store with receipt.

    Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days from the date shoes were received by brownsshoefitcape.com.
